Position: Customer Support Representative /Customer Sales Representative (outbound Campaign)

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 (Basic) + Attractive Incentives + Performance-Based KPIs

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM 

Type: Night Shift

Working Days: 5 days a week 

Location: Thokar Niaz baig

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000- Rs50,000per month

• Provide exceptional service to customers through outbound calls.
• Must have an exceptional service to customers. 
• By outbound calls, you must resolve the queries and issues.
• Efficiently achieve and exceed the KPIs.
• Must collaborate with a positive attitude to a customer.
• Offering tailored solutions and upholding standards.

Requirements:

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Focus on customer satisfaction.

• Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work night shifts 
• Experience is not mandatory , but will be a plus
