Description:

Cinepax is looking for an dynamic IT Executive to join their team to provide technical support at  Lahore Head Office. 

As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting IT systems, networks, and hardware, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Maintain computer system. 
• Respond to service issues 
• Request and ensue timely.
• Set up accounts for new users.
• manage access for existing users.
• Install and troubleshoot network setups is a plus .
• Maintain local servers and host .
• Also ensure smooth operation of servers.
• Install and configure Windows 10 and Server R2 2016 or higher.
• Configure printers through various methods.

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or a Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support and software approcaches.
• Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Experience with hardware and software and server management.
• Problem solving skills 
• Must be multitasking
