- Monitor and troubleshoot beverage production lines (e.g., blending, bottling, packaging).
- Ensure efficient operations of equipment, minimizing downtime.
- Maintain preventative programs.
- Must ensure minimal disruption to production.
- Optimize plant layouts.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Report performance on plants and its improvements.
- Making reports and approve them to related fields
- Keep health militance and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
- Report plant performance and improvement initiatives to management.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Must have an 3-5 years of experience in plant engineering.
- Also have an Experience in maintenance, especially in beverage manufacturing.
๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, process.
- Knowledge of beverage production equipment
- fillers, pasteurizers, carbonation.
- Familiarity with safety regulations
- OSHA, FDA, GMP
- Proficient in CMMS, CAD, and Microsoft Office. is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
