𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
• Brainstorms campaign ideas.
• Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Understands the overall concept of the company
• Manage the social media platforms including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
• Assists in creating performance reports.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
• Preference would be given to fresh graduates.
• Must have a professional certificate in Google Analytics.
• Comfortable and easy with working with Microsoft Office.
• Should have strong hands on experience of Canva.
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
• Entry level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience.
