Responsibilities:
- Assisting in designing and implementing salary structures, incentive plans.
- Assist in designing and implementing pay structure.
- Have to conduct the market benchmarking
- Salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Analyzing compensation data to support pay equity, promotions, and adjustments
- Administering the annual performance-linked compensation cycles.
- Managing the employee benefits programs about health and others issues
- Liaising with vendors for smooth benefits delivery.
- Must educate the employees about the benefits
- Resolve queries in urgent bases.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of rewards and others incentive programs.
- Preparing reports and rewards as well.
- Addressing to the employee about concerning issue , problems , benefits about company
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in C&B, rewards, or HR analytics
- Must have MBA / MS / BBA / BS in HR or Business Administration
- Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
- Strong and well problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as Excel.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and pay structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
