Call Center Representative 

(UK/USA Campaigns)

Salary Range: 30,000 - 70,000 PK

Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore (Near Amanah Mall)

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers based in the UK and USA.
• Professionally sell SEO services and Website Development solutions.
• Identify and resolve quality issues though meetings.
• Have to analyze the root cause  of issue.
• A cold and strong temperament for handling angry clients

 Requirements: 

• 3 to 4 years experience in a call center.
• English  skills must be good.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Strong understanding of the SEO.
• Web Development industry trends must be familiar.
